Change, is it a bad word?
2015 has been quite an interesting year thus far.
Lots of changes, some good, some not so good.
It has thrown me for a loop.
Meditation, tapping, walks alone and with friends, breathing exercises, writing in my gratitude journal and sometimes just yelling out my frustrations all alone, in a safe space have been helpful. Lots of changes are needed for me to get where I need to be, want to be.
I have been soul searching, looking deep within and asking God, Goddesses, Angels, Archangels, Mentors, Friends, everyone for guidance to assist me with making healthy, productive choices, for a happy me.
It all comes down to selfcare.
2015 will be a year of change for me. A year to look back upon one day and say “Wow, look how far I’ve come, it was all worth it!”
