Eating Healthy is not easy…

So I fell off the curb with my healthy eating and exercising, I fell hard…

I started eating poorly again, eating all the foods I love and have not been exercising. Basically really enjoying myself, as sad as that may sound. I love mozzarella sticks, potato skins, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks and more.

Time to get back to healthy habits and getting exercise.

This journey is not easy. I love bad foods. I do not enjoy exercise. It is easy for me to slip back in to old habits.

It is time for me to take care of my body and get a handle on my weight and health.

Time to focus and give my body my full attention.
