Eating healthy is not easy

So I’m heading towards almost 2 months since I began doing the 21 Day Fix to begin to adopt healthy eating and exercise patterns that work for me. It’s been a rocky road, but I am proud of myself.

Each day brings about new thought patterns, eating habits and opportunities for exercise. Some days easier than others. I go with the flow and do not bash myself for eating something not so healthy or skipping an exercise day. I move past it.

No I am not eating healthy all the time. No I am not exercising every day. I am not perfect, but wow have my thought patterns changed about eating & exercise!

I am constantly learning and expanding my knowledge on what a “healthy lifestyle” looks like. “Healthy lifestyles” are different things to each and every one of us.

I feel I am on a good path to living what I consider my healthy lifestyle!
