Finding a healthy medium

Hi everyone! I’ve been doing a lot of thinking about healthy eating, exercising and what I want to do stay healthy and become fit. It is an ongoing theme in my life. I start an exercise or healthy eating program, begin losing weight, then lose momentum, due to strict eating or exercising rules, I just can’t stick with on whatever program I happen to be doing. I need some wiggle room and time to let go while on this journey, I’m not perfect!

Anyone else ever feel this way?

I’ve decided to do this on my own without following any specific program. I will take bits and pieces from programs I have done and what I know I need to do to make it work for me.

To begin I’m going to slowly start implementing exercise back in to my routine and begin to bring more healthy foods back in to my life.

As I go through this process, I’ll be following up on here!
