Healthy Journey Day 21 and Day 22

Hi everyone. I completed the first 21 days of the 21 Day Fix.

Some days were more difficult than others. I did not eat perfectly, my exercising at times was painful, but I stuck with it and am very proud of myself.

I am now on a continuation of the 21 Day Fix to complete another 21 days.

Without my 21 Day Fix Coach, Allison and the FaceBook groups I’ve been part of, I’m not sure I would have been able to keep pushing on at times.

    Congratulations on all your hard work! Some wise women shared their “rules” for staying motivated, and both have worked for me as of late….
    1.Get dressed in your workout clothes and if you still don’t feel up to it after you are fully dressed then maybe you need to rest.
    2. Workout or in my case, run for 15 mins and if you aren’t feeling it again, maybe you need a rest….

    I’ve used both of the strategies and both have resulted in progress!
