Time to get healthy!




Today I began a 21 day program that promotes healthy eating and exercise. I am excited to begin this journey and see what the results are.

I will update my progress and any tips I learn as I progress through these 21 days.

I am amazed at how the schedule and types of food to eat keeps me full throughout the day. No hunger pains or hoping for junk food.

My first exercise DVD was for Plyo. I had never done Plyo before. It was strenuous and fun at the same time. I could feel my muscles working.

As I sit here writing this I can feel the aching begin. But this will all be worth it when it becomes a habit.
